Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using any mobile application ("Application") operated by MUKING OU ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our Applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access or use our Applications.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

3. User Account

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Applications.

4. Intellectual Property

The Applications and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MUKING OU and its licensors. The Applications are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Estonia and foreign countries.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Applications:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

6. Purchases and Payment

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Applications ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

7. App Store Compliance

These Terms are between you and MUKING OU only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"), Google LLC ("Google") or Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft"). We, not the app stores, are solely responsible for the Applications and their content.

8. Third-Party Services

The Applications may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by MUKING OU. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MUKING OU, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Applications
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Applications
• Any content obtained from the Applications
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
