1. App Store Purchases
For applications purchased through:
- Apple App Store: Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple's App Store. Visit Apple's support page for detailed instructions.
- Google Play Store: Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play. Visit Google Play's support page for detailed instructions.
- Microsoft Store: Refund requests must be processed through Microsoft. Visit Microsoft's support page for detailed instructions.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The purchase was made within the last 48 hours
- The application is not functioning as advertised
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
- The purchase was unauthorized
3. In-App Purchases
For in-app purchases:
- Consumable items (one-time use items) are not eligible for refund once consumed
- Non-consumable items may be eligible for refund within 48 hours of purchase
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but refunds for partial periods are generally not provided
4. Subscription Cancellations
To cancel a subscription:
- For iOS: Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
- For Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
- For Windows: Go to Microsoft Store > Library > Manage
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refund:
- Consumed or used virtual items
- Completed subscription periods
- Purchases made more than 48 hours ago (except in special circumstances)
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund and cannot process it through the respective app store, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your order/transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Description of the issue (if applicable)
7. Processing Time
Refund processing times vary by platform:
- Apple App Store: 5-7 business days
- Google Play Store: 3-5 business days
- Microsoft Store: 3-5 business days
